As many of my friends are aware, I was “late-diagnosed” with AuDHD (which is Austism and ADHD combined) in October 2023. This answered so many questions for me, but also created more questions, as well as causing me to become even more socially- introvered. Those people who really care about me didn’t care about the label, but I did lose some friends. That’s okay. My best friend, aka my husband, still loves me.
