On 1st January 2026 I had 209 books still “To Be Read”. Some were in our bookcases but the bulk were in boxes in my office. My aim is to finish the year with less than that amount of books!

Progress:
End March: Not doing too well. I haven’t really felt “into” reading! I also from Awesome Books in January and received two deliveries of children’s books from Scotland.
End April: I started reading again mid-month, and also donated some books.
End May: I received annother delivery of books from Scotland! I dared to count my TBR books again and, I’m only a handful down from my starting total. If I can buy less than I read, I may just manage this goal!
